This CAA-compliant Dangerous Goods by Air training course is designed for personnel involved in the classification, packing, documentation, handling, acceptance, or transport of dangerous goods by air. The course is suitable for both new delegates requiring full certification and existing certificate holders requiring revalidation training.

Delivered in accordance with current IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations, the course provides delegates with the knowledge and practical understanding required to safely prepare, handle, and transport dangerous goods by air. Topics include classification, packing instructions, marking and labelling, documentation requirements, operator variations, lithium batteries, and emergency response procedures.

Practical examples and real-world scenarios are used throughout to reinforce learning and ensure delegates can confidently apply regulatory requirements within their role.

The full certification course is delivered over three days. Delegates requiring revalidation training attend the final two days of the programme, focusing on regulatory updates, recurrent training requirements, and key operational areas relevant to their responsibilities.

Certification is issued upon successful completion of the course and examination. This course is delivered by Kim Hazzard Ltd using licensed Cargo Training International training materials. Certification is issued by Cargo Training International. Course fees include tuition, training materials, certification, refreshments, and lunch on full-day classroom courses.
